Please bring clean socks....!
Given numbers are starting to approach the max of 20, just to remind you, my Bookings System has an automated waiting list facility. If the class is fully booked, please book in and join the waiting list - if/as/when someone cancels, invites are auto issued, first to respond is allocated the place. Similarly, if you can't attend, please can you cancel ASAP (preferably online as I'm often not available the morning before class as my day job beckons).
My apologies for forgetting my water spray/mist bottle last week at the Fit Ball class (aka Bikram at no extra cost). I've got it for this week although (godess willing) we have Air Con at Dance Gen.
Anyhoo, the theme of this week's class is going to be what I call a 'woosa session' ** - ie significantly towards the focus/quieter/stretchy/mind-body and (hopefully) relaxing end of the Pilates spectrum. I hasten to add that this is by request and is way out of MY preferred teaching zone given I prefer to torture you all...
Please can you bring some clean socks.... What the?....At the end, I'm going to have you lying down, feet up on the wall and mirrors (hence the socks!) in a rather nice relaxing pose (that also involves moving your head side to side on a chi ball). All will be revealed.
