Next Monday's Class
As at Saturday morning:
5 Extra Minutes For Early Class! (Late Class Start 7.20pm)
It occurs to me that those on the earlier class are being short changed a smidge - ie given the class starts (in reality) at 6.35pm and finishes 7.15pm.
So, I'm going to ensure the earlier class runs to 7.20pm so you get 45 mins!
(I won't bother editing the timetables).

Real Life Sports Are FASTER Than Pilates....
I was challenged on this a few days ago by a person making the observation that in real life/sports, the movement tends to be significantly FASTER than Pilates moves.
Good point - very true.
I guess the point I omitted was that by doing the moves slowly in Pilates, this enables you to train the deeper, stabalising muscles effectively. Then, when performing faster/real life moves, you have the required core control available to do the move safely (ie in terms of protecting lower back).
