Although only a few attended last Friday, quite a few people expressed in dedicated stretching sessions.
This isn’t something I really want to get into – however, I spoke with the guys at Inspire and they would be delighted to run such a class.
If interested, please let me know and I’ll forward your email details.
A Heads Up I am planning a voucher you can give friends for Christmas – something to entice them to get fit after the binge! A five week pass for $25.
Only those who have attended my class can buy them and they will only be for those who haven’t previously attended my classes.
I’m still working on details – any thoughts / suggestions / advice / feedback keenly sought!
In honour of the stoicism and bravery of a colleague at work recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer, I am going to donate all the proceeds from the class on Wed 23rd October to CancerCare in Unley.
(The Accountant in me will also add on the amount of effective Tax Credit (!) and I will post the receipt on my News Section of my website)
As a one off, to raise as much as possible, I hope you don’t mind if I allow up to 30 participants for this class (obviously, not fitballs, foam rollers that session!).
Please tell your friends!
I have changed booking systems and migrated across all of the existing bookings.
Let’s hope this one works better – it certainly seems to have a ‘cleaner’ interface.
As mentioned above, confirmation emails will include a cancellation link. It’d be incredibly helpful if you could use this as soon as you know you can’t attend.
The system also has an automated waiting list. If you add yourself to the list, you will be emailed as soon as someone else cancels.
I am just stoked at how many of you have been attending lately (23 two weeks ago, 22 last week) - blows me away, thanks! :)
Having recently engaged in a spot of retail therapy, I now have 20 of everything:
Cancellations will therefore become even more important now.
I have no complaints as you are all extremely good at letting me know ASAP if you can’t attend a reserved class. Please note, my new bookings system will now send a cancellation link which can also be used. This would be my preferred method, because it allows the system to immediately email those who may be on a waiting list.
I've modified the Terms & Conditions to make these passes a little bit fairer for those of you who need to miss a class due to looking after children during school holidays.
As class numbers have been growing (yay!) I've bought an extra ten foam rollers and am planning on using them tomorrow.
Many moves from traditional mat repetoire but .....on foam rollers...... There are PLENTY of levels within each move - something for all abilities (and senses of masochism).
However, because I 'only' (!) have 21 foam rollers, I need to limit tomorrow's class to 20 - so BOOKINGS ESSENTIAL.
I've attached a list of those of you booked in so far. If you can't make it, please let me know asap.
If there are no more spaces when you come to book, you can use this form to go on a cancellation list
"RUM" (aka Roll Up Man)
Yawn..... yup, that's 6am and not 6pm.
Still, I'm typically up at 5am to do 90 mins of Pilates in my shed most mornings (although I'm not a great fan of Adelaide Winter mornings at that hour)... so it's only really a change of venue (and, maybe emphasis).
I start Wednesday mornings, 6am, as of this week.
Join me - if you dare :)
