Sometimes a class needs to be cancelled at very short notice and it’s bad form if you can’t warn those booked in.
I capture email address in my bookings system and mobile ‘phone number at the ‘new client questionnaire stage’.
Although I can (and do) post last minute information to my NEWS section and encourage people to look at it, it’s no substitute for being able to email people (or SMS those who advise me they can’t access email readily the morning of a class)
Being in Adelaide, Australia has many benefits – one being extreme heat. I am typing this on 2nd February 2014 – the temperature is 43 degrees in the shade. Hence my ‘Hot Weather Protocol’
