Many of us hunch our shoulders - a way of modern life.
Try these tips when standing (or sitting):
- When walking, look ahead, not down (der!)
- When using your mobile, hold the darned thing AT EYE LEVEL and not waist level (der!)
- Imagine a piece of string, attached to your head, pulling your head gently up and away from your shoulders
- Draw your shoulder blades together - just a couple of mm
- Tuck your tailbone towards your knees
- feel a SLIGHT lengthening of lower lumbar spine
