For decades, I did literally HUNDREDS of daily sit ups and ab crunch type exercises. Yet my stomach never looked toned/flat and my lower back hurt.

The effects were so dramatic, I wanted to learn more (primarily for my own benefit), taking two years qualifying as a Pilates Instructor.
I conduct my own class in Adelaide's CBD and teach at AquaticSA Marion.
My ‘day job’ is IT Security/Network Engineering – Pilates is my main interest and passion. I enjoy teaching because I am essentially an introvert and coaching gets me 'out of my shell'!
I enjoyed 'Eat, Pray, Love' but, given the choice, would have preferred watching something more 'Pythonesque'...! I like instant coffee and milk chocolate - both in abundance.
